Are there any smoking areas in the hotel?
Smoking is only allowed outdoors, such as terraces or balconies.
Is there a charge for parking? How much does it cost?
The price depends on the time used. For more information please contact the reception. From 17h00 to 07h00 it is free of charge.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and/or after check-out?
Yes, we have a space in the hotel where guests can store their luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Do the rates include access to the swimming pool?
Yes, you are entitled to a daily voucher for access to the gym and indoor pool.
What are the opening hours of the Spa and swimming pool?
Spa – Monday to Friday 09h00 – 21h00, Saturday 09h00-18h00, Sunday and holidays 09h00 – 13h00. Pool and gym – Monday to Friday 05h30 – 21h00, Saturday 07h00 – 18h00, Sunday and holidays 08h00 – 13h00.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Does the hotel have meeting rooms?
It has 3 rooms. Total area of 400m2 (1 room with 260m2 and 2 rooms with 70m2 each).
Does the hotel have weeding services?

Are there any lifts?
Yes. 2 lifts for guests.
Is there any Wi-fi service in the hotel (including rooms)?
Yes, complementary services are not charged.
Does the hotel have lobby and public spaces?
We have reception lobby and mezannine.
Does the hotel have laundry and ironing service?
The service is done by filling in the form in the rooms.
Which activities can be booked in the reception?
Transfer, SPA services, car rental and leisure activities.
How does the lost and found service work?
Objects found in the hotel are catalogued and stored for 6 months. We do not store perishable goods. Please contact reception if you have left any belongings at the hotel, via the contacts: Call. +258 20 600 397 / Email. melia.maputo@meliamoz.com.
